Cap torque tester

To control and ensure the capping process, it’s necessary to run periodic audit on the assembled caps. A cap torque tester is used to measure the opening torque of a bottle or container when it has been screwed to control the quality of the clamp caps manufacturing process.

The Anditork First model is specially designed to measure opening and closing torques for bottle's cap and containers’ cap. With a capacity of 12Nm and simple to use, it's the perfect auditing equipment for a production environment. Torque readings can be made by tightening or loosening it.

A robust design with a production-oriented target

The Andilog's cap torque tester is supplied with a grip plate that holds products from a diameter of 10mm to 200mm. The rubber-coated gripping fingers are adjusted quickly using a travel knob and are suitable to effectively grip a broad range of container shapes and sizes.

The platen of the Anditork First is made of stainless steel , to guarantee maximum service life and facilitate the cleaning in case of overflow of the liquid bottle during testing.

Quick Start

The Anditork First interface has been reduced to facilitate the handling and ensure an ease the use , and you can navigate through the menu with its 3 keys

MAX : Display the maximum torque value (in clockwise and counter clockwise)
UNIT : Change the unit of measurement
ZERO : Tare the device

With its large digital display, the Anditork First allows an easy reading by the operators and avoids read errors encountered with analog tester. The screen is designed to withstand splashes and can be cleaned easily.

Great flexibility

Thanks to its high accuracy internal transducer the Anditork First is ideal to perform repetable torque measurement on its all range.

The platen is adjustable in diameter for sample with a size from 10mm to 200mm, and can fit all types of samples.

The Anditork Firts is able to perform an auto-test of its transducer and unlike the analog torque tester which could drift over time, the embedded technology ensures accuracy over a long period of time.
