C-TAP displays an error message when starting but does not show main control panel.

One or more of the operating files for C-TAP has disappeared. Reinstall C-TAP. C-TAP is capable of installing over a previous installation. If you have data files that are critical you may wish to rename the C-TAP program directory to hide your data from the new installation.
