The Stentor CC is the most advanced version of the Andilog product range. It is designed to perform complex tensile & compression material testing, in quality control, production or laboratory environments. Computer controlled it is the perfect equipment for your multi-stages tests and it guarantee reliability & traceability of your all test results very easily.
The Stentor CC is available in two sizes: 200mm or 300mm travel. It is equipped with a high precision force sensor to ensure performance in terms of quality and repeatability of measurements. Thanks to its automatic recognition of the force sensor, adjust the force range to your needs.
The displacement of the sensor is carried by a movable slide-guided rail and a low-friction precision preload ball screw to guarantee a minimum thurs.
The table frame is provided with threaded holes to mount tools and jaws for holding the test samples. The work table can accept sample size up to a diameter of 200 mm.
intuitive graphic interface:
The Stentor CC has a built in intuitive control console with color touch screen. This console allows for simple tests when the machine is not connected to a computer. In particular, it is very convenient in the phases of development tests, approach or a pre-study. The Stentor CC is controlled from your computer by the Califort Software. It is a powerful and easy to use materials testing software allowing reliable and repeatable results. Links with your test stand, CALIFOR enables you to:
